    Also this year the Sensors & Devices Center – Micro Nano Facility of FBK is an active part in the organization of the NanoInnovation 2022 conference by collaborating on various initiatives within the conference.

    21-23 September

    The “School on Micro & Nano Techs”, co-organized by FBK and It-fab, will be held from 21-23 September. The course is dedicated to Master’s Degree and PhD students, as well as to scientists working in the broad field of micro and nanotechnologies, offering the opportunity to learn basic notions on processes, device manufacturing and characterization processes, with attention both planar and 3D technologies;

    22 September 11.30-13.oo

    The workshop The IPCEI Microelectronics initiative: Tech solutions for the digital transformation, IoT and Industry 4.0  will be held on 22 September from 11.30 to 13.00, co-organized with AIRI and STMicroelectronics. The workshop will offer an opportunity for companies, research centers and universities to learn the results of IPCEI microelectronics and to network with key players in the sector at national and EU level.
