    The topic of the 2018 Summer School will be “Machine Learning for Healthcare with Privacy-by-Design”, which will then be continued during the remainder of the year with a series of projects carried out by small groups of students. The laboratory will be run in collaboration with the “Artigianelli” Institute of Trento.
    The school will provide students with an introduction to data science and science machine learning, with a particular focus on the challenges and risks associated with the use of machine learning techniques in healthcare.

    FBK WebValley is FBK’s data science summer camp dedicated to young talents between 17 and 18 years old. Started in 2001 with the aim of involving high school students residing in Trentino-South Tyrol, it has become over the time a great opportunity for national and international students to experiment with scientific research. About 300 students have been involved since its first edition.
