Digital Health and Wellbeing
The activities of the Center for Digital Health & Wellbeing mainly concern scientific research of excellence in the field of Computer Science and AI techniques and methodologies for health and healthcare, as well as social and technological innovation for a relevant impact on both the local community and nationally and internationally.
Vision
As part of the FBK mission, which aims to achieve results of scientific excellence and produce an impact on society, the focus of the Center is on a healthcare of the future based on the 4P (Predictive, Preventive, Personalized, Participatory) medicine paradigm and on principles of equity and citizen empowerment.
Mission
Promote and support the value chain that combines high quality scientific research (both basic and applied) and innovation (technological and process) to produce a significant impact on the health system and the market.
Some of the research lines are dedicated to the activities of the TrentinoSalute4.0 competence center for the development of digital health, born from the collaboration between the Provincial Health Services Agency, the Autonomous Province of Trento and FBK
