FBK-ISR’S response to the public consultation on the European Commission’s white paper on artificial intelligence.

30/06/2020 In linea con la propria missione ed il Piano Strategico 2019-2021, il Centro per le Scienze Religiose ha contribuito al dibattito europeo sul Libro bianco della Commissione europea “On Artificial Intelligence – A European Approach to Excellence and Trust”.

Advancing and articulating FBK-ISR’s mission and Strategic Plan, this contribution to the EU-wide debate on the Commission’s White Paper draws upon our work on the interaction between religion and innovation. In the process of drafting the response we have benefited immensely from a round of consultations with several experts and representatives of diverse religious or belief communities, from our partnerships with academia, non-profits, for-profits and other organisations, and from exchanges with the speakers of our upcoming webinar series “Artificial Intelligence and Religion – AIR2020/2021”.
