The Gender Equality Plan outlines the measures aimed at promoting full equality within the Foundation. The result of a participatory process of listening and co-creation, the document outlines concrete actions in five key areas: organizational culture and work-life balance, gender balance in leadership roles, equality in recruitment and career advancement, the integration of a gender perspective into research, and the fight against all forms of violence or harassment.
