    Pregnancy and diabetes, safety in an app. Its name is “TreC_Diabete” and it is an application for the constant monitoring of mothers with diabetes developed within the TreC – citizen’s medical records project and promoted by TrentinoSalute4.0, the Competence Center for the development of digital healthcare.

    Pregnancy and diabetes, safety in an app. Its name is “TreC_Diabete” and it is an application for the constant monitoring of mothers with diabetes developed within the TreC – citizen’s medical records project and promoted by TrentinoSalute4.0, the Competence Center for the development of digital healthcare.  The technology used – and described in the video that will be presented at the meeting – aims to help women with diabetes who live far from the capital, in the Trentino valleys, to manage their pregnancies thanks to remote monitoring. Mothers are prescribed an App installed on a cell phone, that enables her, through some daily actions, to be followed by the physician and by the nursing staff while there are at home and has the advantage of cutting down on their visits to the Center.
