H2020 Societal Challenge 2 “Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, marine and maritime and inland water research and the bioeconomy’”– Exploring the new funding opportunities from the 2018- 2020 work programme.

This workshop aims to explore and evaluate the new funding opportunities provided by EC within the H2020 framework.
Alberto D’Avino (Deputy Head of Unit, Research and Innovati on, DG Agriculture) will introduce the calls included under the Societal Challenge 2 “Food security, sustainable agriculture and forestry, marine and maritime and inland water research and the bioeconomy“.

The workshop will target a wide spectrum of companies, universities, government organisations, and others involved in research, from the Alpine area and beyond, interested in sharing new project ideas and finding collaboration partners.

The ambition is to stimulate the crucial role of such regions, which already in the past have proven to be important players in European development and innovation policies, in boosting a sustainable European bioeconomy.

The event is free. Booking is compulsary here
