During the seminar will be discussed the impact of politics, religion and nationalism on disputes over various holy places in Jerusalem specifically the Church of the Holy Sepulchre and the  Temple Mount/Haram al-Sharif

The interplay between those dimensions of human culture and law will also be addressed and Recent UNESCO resolutions regarding Jerusalem, Bethlehem and Nablus will be analyzed.
