Corso del Lavoro e della Scienza 3, Trento

The researchers from the University of Trento, Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Fondazione Edmund Mach and MUSE – Museum of Science tell us about their research and the most fascinating aspects of their work and get involved in activities for the public.

The initiative, organized in partnership with the Autonomous Province of Trento and under the patronage of the City of Trento, aims to offer the entire local community the opportunity to talk, in informal settings, with researchers and get to experience the passion that animates them, the motivation that inspires them, the method they apply and the results they obtain.

The “Researchers’ Night 2017” will be held at MUSE – Museum of Science, via Corso del Lavoro e della Scienza 3, in the Le Albere neighborhood in Trento, starting at 5 pm and wrapping up in the wee hours.

The initiatives included in the program of the Researchers’ Night 2017 are many, among them: science corners, meetings on research and dinners with researchers.

This year’s honorary guest will be Nobel Prize laureate for Physics Wolfgang Ketterle, who will engage the audience with curious experiments and telling about his research on cold atoms with temperatures close to absolute zero.

FBK takes part in the event also with the European Marie Curie project “VOLTA“, a research project on the automated generation of topographic data.

The night is getting ready, don’t miss out!
