    The coming of digital humanities poses new problems to the historian, but also offers opportunities to watch the humanities related research from innovative perspectives. The series of seminars offered jointly by FBK’s ISIG and CIT  Centers intends to offer a glimpse of the Digital Humanities, a frontier space that is becoming incresingly familiar both to specialists and to the general public. Speakers will explore the methodological foundations of a research field whose boundaries are not always well defined and will present important projects in which historical knowledge interacts with the digital culture. This will make it possible to actually observe the exchanges that can occur between humanistic tradition and technological innovation.
