ISR | Davide Zordan Lecture 2017 by Anthony Carroll
The “Davide Zordan” Lecture is annually held in the Fall. It was established to honor the memory of Davide Zordan (picture), a researcher of the Center for Religious Studies of FBK, who died in 2015, when he was only 47 years old. The lecture topic is the role of theology in a secular society.
In this year’s lecture, Anthony Carroll (Heythrop College, University of London) will investigate the dialogue between religious believers and those who are sceptical about such belief. He will consider some of the main issues involved in what today is one of the major partners in dialogue for religious believers in the western world.
