    In recent years, the practices and principles of the Agile world have stepped over the boundaries of the IT world and have started contaminating the “neighboring” production and business areas within organizations and companies and have even got the leadership and management involved. Where are we? We will help you find out how these practices can impact areas that are far from the IT world alone. Now more than ever new tools are needed to adapt and embrace the unceasing change that is required from the market and from customers to organizations and businesses.

    The Trentino Alto-Adige/South Tyrol branch is organizing a new event in partnership with FBK that is entitled “Agile 4 Organizations”.

    Is it possible to apply the Agile principles within an organization? Are they not restricted to IT development only? The event will try to provide an answer to this question. We will talk about leadership, organizations. Agile, Design Sprint Agile Marketing in the front track. You may also follow one of the two seminars, “Lego 4 Business” or “How to write a Kanban Board”.

    The event
    The event will be held in Trento at Fondazione Bruno Kessler – Via Sommarive 18. It starts at 1.45 pm (Participant registration) and ends at 6.30 pm (refreshments included).

    Admission is open and the participation fee is 10 Euros (after VAT) for PMI-NIC members and 20 Euros (after VAT) for non-members.
