Political justice or transition justice?
Starting from three recently published books focusing, even though from different perspectives, on punishing the enemy, collaboration trials debated between 1945 and the end of the forties, the 1946 amnesty and the subsequent clemency measures, the meeting intends to be an poortunity for debate and reflection – both from a historical and legal standpoint – on the relating judicial sources and the peculiar function of justice in Italy in the transition period between war and postwar, between fascism and democracy.
