    Abstract

    We are in a great industrial revolution. Everything is changing at an unprecedented pace. As always, there are risks and opportunities: production increases and diversifies; traditional employment decreases; new high quality occupations emerge. The digital revolution and the pervasiveness of mobile Internet have changed private habits, business organization and public administration services. A reflection to draw the perimeter of ongoing change, imagine its effects and understand its challenges.
