This year' WebValley summer camp, organized by Fondazione Bruno Kessler, was a really special edition: in addition to fifteen Italian teenagers, also seven American students participated selected among the finalists of the Intel’s International Science and Engineering Fair, the most important scientific contest in the world for High School students.
During the three weeks of the camp, immersed in the Trentino Dolomites of the Primiero Valley (Trentino), the students had the chance to experience a new way of learning and get a sense of the world of science. Interacting closely with FBK’s researchers, the 22 students developed an IT-based open source installation for the future Science Museum of Trento through which the environment and its climate evolutions can be presented in a completely new way.
