• Involvement of researchers in the working of the Foundation, following the methods specifically expressed by regulation.
• Support for the mobility of ideas and human resources.
• Openness in the methods of hiring and promoting researchers and support for their professional growth.
• Promotion of research results.
• Independent evaluation of the organization and results using criteria that are agreed on.
• Development business opportunities for research results that also benefits the employees who worked to achieve them, compatibly with the non-profit nature of the Foundation.
• Organization around areas of research, cooperation and coordination between the various structures and support functions of the administration in support of the science and the research which are the cornerstones of the Foundation.
