(v.l.)
Educational/Experimental workshops, guided tours of research centres, conversations between students and researchers about specific themes, demonstrations of technological applications used at work, stages for the more motivated students. These are the opportunities for students envisaged in the cooperation agreement to be signed on Friday, 5 March in Trento between Fondazione Bruno Kessler and several schools in Trentino.

The signing will close the event “La ricerca come mestiere, le tecnologie nei mestieri” (Research as a job, technologies in jobs) organized at FBK in via S. Croce in Trento that begins at 3 p.m. of Friday. The event will open with the speeches by the president of Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Andrea Zanotti, and by the alderman for education of the Autonomous Province of Trento, Marta Dalmaso, followed by a paper on the knowledgeable use of technology by the scientific advisor of ST Microelectronics and member of the Scientific Committee of Fondazione Bruno Kessler, Bruno Murari, author together with his research team of over two thousand microchip prototypes.
The FBK researcher Bruno Caprile will then illustrate the contents of the project aimed at motivating the vocational choices of school students in the field of research and at increasing awareness and knowledge in the use of technologies at work. Several young students will then describe their own experience in previously organized student-oriented Fondazione Bruno Kessler initiatives.
All this will be followed by the signature of the agreement of cooperation that is intended to give structure and continuity to the activities for young people organized by FBK. To begin with the agreement will involve the Humanities High School “A. Rosmini”, Scientific High School “G. Galilei”, the Arts Institute “A. Vittoria e F. A. Bonporti”, the Comprehensive Institute Trento 6, the Technical High School “Centromoda Canossa”, and Enaip Trentino. Other schools interested in future agreements will also attend the event.
