Directions on how to get to the offices of Fondazione Bruno Kessler and Trento.

A long summer’s tale amid mountains, lakes, and woods. That’s Trentino.
Trentino offers visitors a wealth of art and nature,
...........awakening in them thoughts of history,

.................and renewing them with unspoiled water, air, and the outdoors.

It speaks of a healthy relationship with nature, culture, town and countryside, wellbeing and hospitality.
It’s vitality and constant evolution is reflected in the products of its fields and pastures, its traditions, and the profound values of the people.
A summer vacation in Trentino is a great opportunity to explore and experience and a discovery that will surprise and enrich.

See where we are!
FBK’s head offices are in the city center, a few hundred meters from Piazza Duomo and very close to Piazza Fiera.
By foot
It takes less than 15 minutes to walk from the train station. Ask for via Santa Croce. Or ask for Centro Santa Chiara, a well known structure hosting the University of Trento’s literature faculty as well as an auditorium for cultural events.
By Car
You can’t park at our offices without special permission. Consider parking in the underground car park at Piazza Fiera. From the motorway, exit at TRENTO CENTRO and head toward the center. Cross over the river, go under the railway, and follow the road around Bounconsiglio Castle. Turn right, then go straight around the large fountain to Piazza Fiera.
By bus
Trento has a very good transport system, with 17 city routes. All routes pass close to the train station, leaving every 15 to 30 minutes from about 5 a.m. to about 10 p.m. There are lots of busses that go to our head offices (President’s office, Religious Sciences, ItaloGermanic Studies, and FBK’s humanities libraries. The most frequent are the 3 and 8, but any bus that stops at Piazza Fiera works. When you get off, walk in the opposite direction of the old city wall.

By Car:
From the TRENTO CENTRO motorway exit:
Exit the motorway at TRENTO CENTRO. Take the bypass road toward PADOVA. Follow the signs to TN EST (S. Dona, etc.)
You will pass through a short tunnel. Just after it, turn left, then immediately to the right and down a steep hill that passes through the S. Dona neighborhood.
Shortly you will come to a roundabout. Cross over the bridge to go toward POVO.
Follow the road for about 2km until the next roundabout.
Take the street at the far left, and go about 200 meters. FBK-irst is the building inside the blue fence. You enter by foot to the right. To the left is the entrance to the parking lot.
